It's hard to explain in words just how much taekwondo means to us as a family.

Our transformation began the day we first walked into Rachel's dojang 2004.

And since that day our martial arts journey has taken us half-way round the world

And changed our lives in ways we never dreamed possible.

A good friend took this series of photos on the North Curl Curl beach in Australia.

We think she's captured our passion perfectly!

So what's tkd all about?

For us...

It's about having fun together.
Getting fit together.
And growing strong together.

It's about digging deep when it gets tough.
And laughing when we reach our goals.
