I get a hot flash every time master says "HOOK KICK" when we are doing our drills!! This is a very hard kick for me.. getting better but i practice every day with wall kicks.. just a really tough kick!!! Looks great when you have the correct form.. cant wait to get better at it!!!

Hi Tristen. Thanks for including taekwondo hook kick on the site. As you say it's a great kick in sparring - I've seen some excellent head shots on target using hook kick.
