Deb's taekwondo diary

Taekwondo training for me is about the journey.

It's about embracing each and every training session with an open mind.
It's about digging deep when it gets tough.
And it's about the fantastic feeling of wellbeing and fitness that comes with regular martial arts training.

This diary documents some of my thoughts as I take little steps along my martial arts path.

I hope you find something useful to help you on your journey. :-)
