Shadowkicks Taek-won-do

Shadowkicks is an ITF style teakwondo studio|school.

The club offers a lot of fun and work at the same time. I recommend it 100%.

I have personally gained a lot from this club and really appreciate how much it has helped me over the years.

I spend 15 minutes each day practicing my patterns and sparing at home.

My instructor is a 5th Dan blackbelt and started teaching around 10 years ago he is truely the best at his job.

I have escaped from a lot self defense situations safely i have learned a lot from this club.
