Though I haven't practiced much in our gym, I till tried my best to keep fit by merely practicing at home like the one I have in my picture. (I am about to get my next belt level and my instructor bought me a black neck TKD uniform.)

I am planning to get back practicing in our gym soon so til' I grow old, my flexibility would still be the same. I started at the age of 21, now I'm 23. TKD has brought good things to my life including good health and new friends.
I felt so happy I discovered this page. More power to all TKD players like us! ^_^
