I started with TKD at 12 and did it for six years getting my red stripe.
Took some time off and then tried Kempo just to do something different. Had to start working out on my own for financial reasons.
Found Master HEE Il Cho's books on forms which were the ones i had learned. Developed chronic pain issues and that led me to Tai Chi Chuan. This i think will be my art from here on out as i just fell so totally for it.
TKD is and always will hold a place in my life because it was my gateway into MA. Remember that if you love what you do then it will not feel like work.
Hope this is helpful to someone. Remember the journey is it's own reward. (Sounds corny but it is true.)
