The Hindu press up is a fantastic body weight exercise for adding power and strength to your deltoids and triceps.
Can really improve guard endurance and punching power.
I was going to say squats with a barbell, but thought no equipment movement would be more apt.
Hindu press ups are an excellent weight resistance exercise. I have a personal love/hate relationship with them. They are really difficult but they do make you so strong!
Thanks for the tips & appreciate hindus over equipment too.
