Start by standing normally, then, fast as you can drop to a crouch with your hands on the ground, next thrust your legs out behind you so you end up in the top part of a push-up.
Now quickly return to the crouch and spring straight up (vertically). Burpies help your explosive power/speed and is good for working on getting up quickly in a fight. Deb's Reply
