Brunswick Lee's Tae Kwon Do
by Sarah Darmanjian
(Troy, New York)
After my husband and I had our son we realized that we needed a change in lifestyle. We were having a hard time trying to keep up with the physical and mental demands. When our son was five we started Tae Kwon Do as a family and while we have our one year anniversary coming up this November I can't tell you how much my family loves Tae Kwon Do.
Our school has a great family atmosphere and our instructors have never let us down. Tae Kwon Do keeps getting better and we're looking forward to earning our Black Belts. It's a lot of hard work but the benefits are worth the time we spend training. We have made great friends and can not imagine our lives without Tae Kwon Do.Deb's Reply:
Congratulations Sarah on starting taekwondo as a family and making it through the first year.
As you may know Neil, Leah and I started training as a family in 2004 and still absolutely love it today!
For your son, having his parents train by his side will give him great encouragement and increase his chances of making it to black belt enormously.
So thanks for reaching out and happy kicking
